The
"Chief"
Albert
DeGideo, Manager and Repair expert
Albert has been working on
bikes forever. Well, actually, professionally since 1979.
He's been in several mini tris and a couple of road races.
His big interest is family
cycling. From bike rodeos to clinics on repair to Cub Scout and
Brownies merit badges. He's even taught the Schwinn Service
School class.
Over the years he has
adapted many bikes for handicapped riders, young and old. Albert
feels everybody should have the freedom to enjoy biking.
When Albert's not at the
store or out riding, he's volunteering his time at the local Firehouse
and Ambulance Squad.
Albert's bikes include a
Gary Fisher Alfresco, a Trek 9800, and a custom built Schwinn
Paramount road bike. |
The
Spokesman
Moshe
Harel, Owner
Moshe was born in Israel (some years ago!),
and even after living 25 years in the United States, his Israeli charm
is still in effect! (eight years of military service will
often do that)
Moshe purchased Erdenheim Bicycle Center from Marvin
Thall in 1991. Moshe then expanded the store to double its
original size in order to accomodate a full fitness center - home
gyms, treadmills, you name it.
